OUR HISTORY
CAVE CANEM was founded in 2003 by Todd Hedgcoth. The firm's focus on mortgage banking arose from Todd's years of experience in the mortgage banking world. He began his career as a business analyst and trainer for a mortgage technology provider. During that time, Todd worked with mortgage clients all over the country to configure and effectively implement a large mortgage loan servicing system.
After recognizing his passion for client service, Todd joined a Big 5 consulting firm a few years later. While at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), Todd served his clients as a senior manager in all areas of the financial services industry, while maintaining his focus on the mortgage banking industry.
After ten years with Accenture, Todd used his experience with mortgage banking clients as well as his expertise in project management and consulting to establish CAVE CANEM.
